Ausencia de bilis B en el drenaje biliar, como expresión de giardiasis
Abstract
Se estudian 54 pacientes con ausencia de bilis B en el drenaje biliar que presentan trastornos dispépticos. Se les realiza ultrasonido para detectar una litiasis y frotis de la mucosa yeyunal en búsqueda de un parasitismo de Giardia lamblia. Se indica que en el 98,15% de los casos, se encontró 1 giardiasis, y sólo 1 paciente padecía de litiasis vesicular. Se informa que el drenaje biliar, repetido después del tratamiento antiparasitario, fue normal en el 92,5% de los pacientes. Se concluye que este parasitismo es capaz de producir una alteración del funcionamiento biliar y que debe procederse a su búsqueda antes de considerar a estos pacientes como disquinéticos e imponer otros tipos de terapéuticas.Downloads
