Prueba calórica, prueba optocinética y estabilometría en una batería de diagnóstico para el estudio de enfermos con lesiones laberínticas
Abstract
Se realiza el ensayo de 3 pruebas objetivas de exploración funcional del sistema vestibular. Se estudian 30 sujetos normales (grupo control), así como 12 enfermos con lesiones laberínticas crónicas. Se demuestra la utilidad de combinar dichas pruebas en una batería de diagnósticos para abordar el estudio de pacientes con lesiones laberínticas; se señalan, además, las variables más relevantes para lograr este objetivo.Downloads
