Hipotiroidismo. Causas y cuadro clínico
Abstract
Se estudian 60 pacientes con hipotiroidismo; 52 (87%) del sexo femenino y 8 (13%) del masculino. Las formas primarias de esta enfermedad tuvieron un amplio predominio y dentro de ellas el hipotiroidismo idiopático (espontáneo, que fue el más frecuente. Se detectaron formas floridas de la enfermedad en 25 (41%) pacientes; otros 25 (41%) presentaron formas ligeras de la afección y en 10 (18%) se observó formas subclínicas de hipotiroidismo. El tratamiento sustitutivo con hormonas tiroideas dio resultados satisfactorios en la totalidad de los pacientes.Downloads
