Míopatía hipotiroidea: Informe preliminar
Abstract
Se estudian 60 pacientes con hipotiroidismo, de los cuales 57 (95%) se deben a causa primaria y 3 (5%) a causa secundaria. Se informa que 52 pacientes (87%) fueron del sexo femenino y 8 (13%) del sexo masculino, para una proporción de 6,5:1 a favor del sexo femenino. Se expresa que desde el punto de vista clínico y de laboratorio se detectaron elementos de toma muscular, como fueron: debilidad, dolores musculares, rigidez y aumento de volumen de las masas musculares, así como la elevación de los valores de una o más enzimas musculares, lo que comprueba el diagnóstico de miopatía durante la evolución del hipotiroidismo en estos pacientes.Downloads
