Alteraciones de lípidos y carbohidratos en el bocio tóxico difuso
Abstract
Se estudiaron 79 pacientes que padecen de bocio tóxico difuso, de los cuales a 76 se les realizó la prueba de la tolerancia a la glucosa, excluyéndose a tres de ellos por tener historia de diabetes mellitus antes del diagnóstico del hipertiroidismo. A la totalidad de los pacientes se les dosificó cifras de colesterol y lipidos totales en sangre. Se constató una frecuencia relativamente alta de tolerancia a la glucosa alterada y diabetes mellitus en nuestra serie. En el estudio de los niveles de colesterol y lipidos totales, se detectaron valores bajos en la mayoría de los pacientes.Downloads
