Factores bioquímicos ante el estrés emocional
Abstract
Varias situaciones de estrés son capaces de producir cambios en los sistemas de coagulación y fibrinólisis, según ha sido descrito por algunos autores. El presente estudio compara los valores del tiempo deprotrombina y el tiempo de agregación plaquetaria antes y después de una situación experimental de estrés, en una muestra de sujetos supuestamente sanos. Se encontraron diferencias significativas para ambos parámetros al aplicar la prueba de rangos de Wilcoxon. Se discute la significación de los resultados encontrados y se sugiere la necesidad de realizar estudios de este tipo tomando en cuenta las variables de personalidad.Downloads
