Síndrome de Thiebierge-Weisenbach asociado a cardiopatía esclerodérmica. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta el resumen del expediente de una paciente que padece una esclerodermia de progresión rápida, en la cual se asocian calcificaciones de partes blandas (síndrome Thiebierge-Weisenbach) a una cardiopatía esclerodérmíca con manifestaciones en dos de las capas del corazón. Se hace énfasis en lo poco frecuente de dicha asociación ya que el síndrome antes mencionado es de presentación en la esclerodermia de larga evolución y en el caso que nos ocupa ésta es de apenas dos años.Downloads
