Morbilidad por enfermedades neurológicas en el servicio de neurología durante 1980 y 1981. Estudio comparativo
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio sobre la morbilidad por enfermedades neurológicas en el servicio de neurología del hospital clinicoquirúrgico docente´´Dr. Gustavo Aldereguia Lima´´ desde noviembre de 1980a 1981. La información se tomó en todos los casos con un diagnóstico definido y se recolectó en tarjets que contenías los datos de identidad personal, sexo, raza, dirección, diagnóstico positivo y estudios especiales. Se anotó en dichas tarjetas en número correspondiente a una clasificación patogénica empleada que tiene similitud en el estudio realizado en 1979-1980. e los resultadios se encontró que los grupos no clasificables neurovascular, degenerativo-hereditario, malformativo y traumático fueron los más frecuentes. Se analizan los factores posibles de estos resultados y los encontrados en la serie de 1979-1980. Se concluye la necesidad de seguir este estudio durante el presente quinquenio que permite proyectar nuestro planes futuros, calcular los recursos necesarios y mejorar la atención al paciente neurológico en nuestra provincia.Downloads
