Cambios de la excitabilidad cardíaca bajo la influencia de drogas bloqueadoras
Abstract
Se estudió la excitabilidad cardíaca en ranas bajo la acción de propranolol y guanetidina. Se compararon los resultados con un grupo testigo. La excitabilidad se consideró como la capacidad de respuesta a estimulaciones breves y de tensión crecientes, en diferentes momentos del ciclo cardíaco. El grupo bajo la acción del propranolol mostró una disminución significativa de la estimulación en comparación con el grupo testigo. El grupo bajo la acción de la guanetidina no mostró cambios significativos desde el punto de vista estadístico.Downloads
