Presencia de alteraciones de la inmunidad mediada por células en familiares de pacientes con bocio tóxico difuso
Abstract
Se determinaron los niveles de linfocitas T activos y totales en 50 sujetos familiares de primer grado de pacientes con BTD. Se encontró disminución de los lifocitos T activos en el 38% de los mismos. En 16 de estos sujetos se realizó una prueba de TRH y encontramos dos respuestas exageradas y cuatro no respondedores. Se considera que existe una alteración de la inmunidad mediada por células en algunos familiares de pacientes con BTD y que ésta, junto con las alteraciones de la función tiroidea podrían ser consideradas como marcadores subclínicos de la enfermedadDownloads
