Complicaciones urológicas en la diabetes insípida vasopresín sensible
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados del estudio urográfico en 7 pacientes que presentan diabetes insípida verdadera; en 3 de ellos se encontraron dilataciones del tracto urinario; el mal control de los pacientes durante el transcurso de esta enfermedad, puede conducir a la dilatación de las vías urinarias y provocar posteriormente insuficiencia renal; un control satisfactorio de la poliuria pudiera evitar, en gran medida, la aparición de esta complicación e incluso la regresión de la dilatación en caso de no haberse establecido todavía cambios irreversibles.Downloads
