Tratamiento de la diabetes insípida verdadera
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados del tratamiento de 38 pacientes que presentan diabetes insípida verdadera (vasopresín sensible), la cual en 30, es de causa primaria y en 8, de causa secundaria. Se obtuvieron resultados satisfactorios con los distintos esquemas de tratamiento empleados, aunque somos de la opinión, de que ante todo paciente que presente esta enfermedad debe utilizarse como primer proceder terapéutico la carbama zefiina Q Ja clorpropamida y sólo ante la no respuesta a estos medicamentos pasar a la utilización del pltresín oleoso.Downloads
