Síndrome hipoglicémico en carcinoma hepatocelular primario acumulador de grasa
Abstract
Se presenta un paciente de 28 años de edad con hepatocarcinoma primario del hígado, acompañado de manifestaciones hipoglicémicas, el cual, además, tenia manifestaciones hiperlipémicas y que fue estudiado en todos sus aspectos, incluyendo el histopatológico. Se hace un comentario de los posibles mecanismos patológicos implicados en estas im-portantes expresiones clínicas paraneoplásicas, al mismo tiempo que se revisa la literatura existente en nuestro medio.Downloads
