Granuloma eosinófilo. Presentación de un caso de localización pulmonar
Abstract
Se hace una breve revisión del granuloma eosinófilo, entidad incluida dentro de las llamadas histiocitosis X. Se presenta un caso de 22 años de edad, del sexo masculino con una historia de tos seca disnea de seis meses de evolución y un exámen físico esencialmente negativo. Radiológicamente presenta una imagen retículo-nodulillar de pulmón "apanalado”. Desde el punto de vista funcional presenta insuficiencia ventilatoria de tipo obstructivo-restrictivo. No se detectaron alteraciones óseas ni de otras visceras El diagnóstico se realizo mediante biopsia de tejido pulmonar obtenido por toracotomía. Se presentan la radiografía de pulmones y dos cortes histológicos.Downloads
