Leucosarcoma. Informe de 12 casos
Abstract
Se hace una revisión de 12 pacientes (5 mujeres y 7 hombres), diagnosticados de linfoma en fase leucémica en el período comprendido de 1974-1979 en el hospital provincial docente "Manuel Ascunce Domenech" de Camagüey; sus edades estaban comprendidas entre 18-98 años con una media de 60. La fiebre fue la primera causa que motivó el ingreso de los enfermos, siendo la astenia y la anorexla los principales síntomas referidos por los mismos. Las adenopatías fue el signo físico más frecuentemente encontrado. En todos los pacientes el medulograma fue concluyente de leucemia aguda de estirpe linfoide. Las variedades hísticas de linfomas encontrados en los enfermos fueron el llnfoma linfocítico bien diferenciado y el linfoma linfocítico mal diferenciado, no encontramos ninguno de linfoma histiocítico ni enfermedad de Hodgkin. Todos los pacientes fueron tratados según lo establecido para las leucemias agudas linfoblásticas.Downloads
