Epidemiología de la microangiopatia del diabético en los miembros inferiores
Abstract
Se estudia la prevalencia de microangiopatia periférica en 271 pacientes que no presentaban macroarteriopatia, de un total de 1 750 diabéticos sometidos a un examen vascular periférico. Se utilizó como medio diagnóstico la hiperemia reactiva bajo control pietismogràfico. La prevalencia de microangiopatia fue de 32,84% y no guardo relación significativa con el sexo, tiempo de evolución y tipo clínico de la diabetes, ni con el tratamiento empledo para el control de la enfermedad.Downloads
