Neumopatías inflamatorias. Estudio de 70 casos en nuestro servicio de medicina interna
Abstract
Se extraen del archivo de nuestro centro hospitalario, 70 expedientes clínicos de pacientes ingresados por neumonía en nuestro servicio de medicina interna, en el período comprendido de septiembre de 1978 a septiembre de 1979. Se hace un estudio de la edad, sexo, raza, procedencia, ocupación, hábitos tóxicos, síntomas y signos, exámenes de laboratorio clínico y microbiología, así como radiológicos, electrocardiográficos y la terapéutica empleada. Se revisa la literatura y se establecen conclusiones y recomendaciones.Downloads
