La toxina y la capacidad del peritoneo para la excresión de ciertas moléculas proteínicas
Abstract
La toxina tetánica es capaz de ser excretada a través del peritoneo1 de cúñeles y conejos y puede ser cuantificada por pruebas de combinación con la antitoxina tetánica. La molécula de la toxina tetánica al igual que otras moléculas proteínicas (ej, albúmina) de alto peso molecular, pudo atravesar la membrana peritoneal de los animales estudiados.Downloads
