Estudio del dolor en las manos a nivel de un policlínico en la comunidad

Abstract

Se hace una revisión individual del universo correspondiente a un policlínico en la comunidad, se extraen las historias clínicas de los pacientes que por lo menos una vez consultaron a su médico de sector y se estudiaron aquéllos que señalaron específicamente dolor en las manos, independientemente de si fueron objeto de interconsulta con un especialista de ortopedia o no. Se analizaron distintos factores epidemiológicos y se extrajeron conclusiones útiles en el tratamiento de este tipo de pacientes, que constituye el 2,53% de los casos que han utilizado su policlínico en la comunidad en el transcurso de su primer año de trabajo.
