Actividad fagocitaria in vitro de macrófagos de ratones con bagazosis
Abstract
En los cultivos de macrófagos obtenidos del exudado peritoneal de ratones que habían inhalado polvo de bagazo, se encontró una menor actividad de fagocitosis de inmuno- complejo, comparado con los animales que sólo inhalaron salina. También se encontró una disminución en el número de células mononucleares con reacción positiva de fos- fatasa ácida en las células extraídas de la cavidad peritoneal, la cual podría explicar la diferencia en las cantidades de material fagocitado por las células adheridas al vidrio.Downloads
