Infarto cardiaco. Factores que influyen en su pronostico a largo plazo

Abstract

La cardiopatía isquemia constituye la primera causa de muerte en Cuba desde 1970. La lucha contra estas enfermedades es enfocada en el mundo actual a través de la detención precoz de la persona en riesgo y el control masivo e individual de factores conocidos, que con frecuencia están asociados con la cardiopatía coronaria. Ahora bien, el pronostico de las pacientes que han sido afectadaos por un ataque coronario agudo, plantea una interrogante importante, que ha sido investigada por diversos autores en los últimos años, pero exusten aun grandes descrepancias en relación con las variables y su grado de influencia, lo cual debía ocupar un lugar adecuado en los planes de investigación futura.
