Otras arritmias cardíacas asociadas al síndrome de preexcitación ventricular (SPV)
Abstract
Se analizaron las arritmias cardíacas de formación, de conducción del impulso eléctrico o ambas, asociadas al SPV en 117 trazados electrocardiográficos de pacientes estudiados de 1970 a 1980. El 63,2% presentó una o más arritmias cardíacas. Se precisó su tipo y frecuencia de aparición, que fueron de mayor a menor: extrasístoles de cortocircuito, taquicardia paroxística supraventricular^ ritmo o complejos de la unión auriculoventricular, bloqueos de rama derecha y de fascículo anterior izquierdo, bradícardia sinusal, extrasistolia ventricular y otras. Se intentó precisar algunas características eléctricas de las extrasístoles y taquicardia de cortocircuito, así como del ritmo de la unión auriculoventricular que coexiste con un SPV; se propusieron algunos términos que nos parecieron adecuados desde el punto de vista conceptual y útiles en la práctica clínica. Se consideró posible diagnosticar la asociación del SPV con un bloqueo de la rama derecha o del fascículo anterior izquierdo.Downloads
