Morfologéa del complejo QRS en el síndrome de preexcitación ventricular (SPV)
Abstract
Se estudiaron 41 pacientes con SPV, en edad de recién nacido en adelante, con otra cardiopatía asociada o sin ésta, seguidos por nosotros durante más de 10 años. Se analizaron la morfología del complejo ventricular QRS en las derivaciones precordiales V1 y V6, la presencia o ausencia de la onda q en V6, la duración de la onda delta y el eje medio frontal de QRS. De manera excepcional se encontró onda q en VI o en V6. El AQRS se localizaba en los cuadrantes de 0° a —S0° y de 0° a +90°. Se confirmó la variabilidad de estos signos en un mismo paciente, en un mismo trazado electro- cardiográfico, o en ambos.Downloads
