Forma de presentación poco frecuente de metástasis pulmonar en un paciente con hipernefroma
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados clínicos y patológicos de un paciente con un hipernefroma con dos metástasis pulmonares de localización homónima y bilateral (lóbulo superior del pulmón derecho a izquierdo), asociada con tuberculosis pulmonar en actividad. Se revisan las imágenes radiográficas pulmonares metastásicas, que pueden ser vistas en esta entidad, y se destaca la ausencia de tal presentación en la literatura revisada.Downloads
