Estudio de la coagulación en la hepatitis viral aguda
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio de la coagulación en 75 pacientes con hepatitis viral aguda. La edad estuvo comprendida entre 18 y 50 años, con un predominio en el sexo masculino. En 64 pacientes el estudio fue normal. Solamente en 11 se observaron alteraciones. La disminución ligera del fibrinógeno fue el hallazgo más constante. Dos pacientes fallecieron.Downloads
