Neoplasía primaria maligna de la vesícula biliar
Abstract
Se estudiaron 4 054 necropsias del hospital docente clinicoquirúrgico “Salvador Allende" procedentes de los años 1970 a 1975; se encontraron 21 casos de neoplasia primaria de vesícula biliar en una proporción casi igual en relación con el sexo, con predominio en la octava y novena décadas. No se planteó el diagnóstico al ingreso; se orienta que la presencia de síntomas generales y signos digestivos asociados con colecistitis constituyen la fase silente de esta afección y si se asocian con litiasis vesicular, casi es obligatorio orientar el diagnóstico de esta entidad. La evolución fue dificultosa y se orienta hacia el tratamiento quirúrgico de la litiasis vesicular.Downloads
