Depresión de la síntesis de anticuerpos en la bagazosis experimental
Abstract
Se produjo bagazosis experimental haciendo inhalar a ratones Swiss una suspensión de polvo de bagazo integral. La bagazosis se acompañó de disminución en el número de células productoras de placas de hemolisis en el bazo, en las respuestas inmunológicas primaria y secundaria contra glóbulos rojos de carnero. La inhalación de polvo de bagazo lavado y esterilizado con rayos gamma no provocó depresión de la respuesta inmunológica.Downloads
