Micosis pulmonar: aspergiliosis y mucormicosis. Presentación de cuatro casos

Abstract

Se presentan los casos de 4 pacientes portadores de micosis pulmonar profunda provocada por Aspergillus niger y fumigatus, conjuntamente con una mucormicosis. La presencia combinada del Aspergillus niger y del mucor provocaron bronconeumonía micótica con necrosis de la pared arterial y ruptura que causó hemoptisis fulminante y muerte súbita. En los 4 pacientes predominó la forma de micetoma o aspergilosis.
