Valores de la velocidad de conducción motora (VCM) y el potencial evocado "M" en un grupo de sujetos normales
Abstract
Se determinan los valores de la velocidad de conducción motora en los nervios ciatico- poplíteos externos derecho e izquierdo de 30 sujetos normales, así como los de la latencia, amplitud y duración del potencial evocado muscular. Se encontró que en el individuo normal no hay diferencias significativas entre ambos lados, y puede aceptarse la expresión de un solo lado como exponente funcional de ambos. Los valores normales fueron: velocidad de conducción motora: 48,59 ± 4,1 metros/seg; latencia proximal: 11,58 ± 1,03 mseg; latencia distal: 5,06 ± 0,9 mseg; amplitud proximal: 10,12 ± 4,2 mV; amplitud dictal: 11,62 ± 5,7 mV; duración proximal: 11.96 ± 1,8: y duración distal: 9,87 ± 1,6.Downloads
