Registro de hísiograma sin empleo de fluoroscopía
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados obtenidos al utilizar la técnica de Pop y colaboradores para el registro de hisiograma sin empleo de fluoroscopia, lo que permitió situar el catéter en la posición adecuada mediante electrografía intracavitaria. El proceder resultó exitoso en 28 de 30 pacientes, en su propia cama, sin complicaciones atribuibles a éste. En ellos se obtuvieron registros de buena calidad, útiles para orientar el diagnóstico y tratamiento. Estos resultados son semejantes a los que ofrecen otros autores que emplean la visión fluoroscópica para la colocación del catéter.Downloads
