Sobre la sensibilidad de las cepas clínicas de estafilococos al cloramfenicol y tetraciclina en la provincia de Santiago de Cuba
Abstract
Se estudió la sensibilidad al cloramfenicol y la tetraciclina por parte de los estafilococos aislados durante los meses de enero y febrero de 1977 en los diferentes hospitales de la provincia de Santiago de Cuba, por el método de las diluciones dobles y por difusión. Casi un 100% de las cepas-estudio fueron resistentes al cloramfenicol por el método de diluciones, para el cual utilizamos caldo nutritivo y agar, respectivamente. En cuanto a las características que presentan frente a la tetraciclina encontramos un 37,6% de resistencia mediante este mismo método. En los antibiogramas realizados por difusión se encontró resistencia de 16% al cloramfenicol y 12,1% a la tetraciclina.Downloads
