Análisis de la mortalidad por infarto cardíaco agudo en nuestra unidad de terapia intensiva
Abstract
Se analizan diferentes características de 100 pacientes ingresados en una UTI con diagnóstico confirmado de infarto cardíaco agudo. Se revisan y critican los criterios actuales de Ingreso en la unidad. La mortalidad en la unidad fue de un 24%, la cual fue mucho menor al final que al Inicio de la etapa. Se estudian la incidencia de complicaciones y las causas de muerte, y la posible relación con el uso rutinario de lldocaína profiláctica en esta unidad. Por último se propone una clasificación en grupos de riesgo, así como un método de tratamiento del choque con el uso de ventilación artificial controlada.Downloads
