Pérdida de proteínas durante la diálisis peritoneal

Abstract

Se analiza la pérdida de proteínas durante la diálisis peritoneal y pudo comprobarse que ésta ascendió de 20 a 40 g en cada diálisis con un promedio de 1,70 g por cada baño. LEI fraccionamiento de las proteínas perdidas durante la diálisis fue muy semejante al de las proteínas plasmáticas. Se recomienda considerar esto como un elemento importante en los casos de pacientes a quienes se les va a realizar diálisis peritoneal, ya que esta pérdida de proteínas va a influir en el balance proteico general de estos pacientes.
