Diabetes insípida vasopresina sensible: un caso poco común
Abstract
Se presenta el caso poco común de un paciente portador de diabetes insípida vasopresina sensible. Las manifestaciones que presentó este paciente fuera de lo habitual fueron el largo tiempo de evolución del síndrome poliúrico-polidípsico sin tratamiento, la gran dilatación generalizada del tracto urinario y la asociación con la diabetes mellitus.
