Hábitos dietéticos y composición de la bilis. (Estudio realizado en pacientes con disquinesia biliar)
Abstract
Se estudió la composición de la bilis en 40 pacientes portadores de disquinesia biliar y en 15 controles. En disquinéticos se analizaron los componentes de la dieta relacionándolos con la litogenicidad. El 64,1% de las bilis vesiculares, en disquinéticos, fueron litógenas, cosa observada en sólo el 6,6% de los controles, por lo que se considera a esta afección como prelitiásica. La mayor litogenicidad se observó en los que llevaban dieta hipercalórica, hipograsa y con alto aporte calórico, lo cual guarda semejanza con lo informado en pacientes con litiasis vesicular, entidad que en el momento actual se considera como enfermedad dietética.Downloads
