Estudio de la supervivencia en el linfosarcoma. Análisis de 190 pacientes

Abstract

Se realiza un estudio de la supervivencia en 190 pacientes con diagnóstico histopato- lógico de linfosarcoma, inscriptos y tratados en el Instituto Nacional de Oncología y Radiobiología. Se obtuvieron los datos relativos a: edad, sexo, raza, localización de la enfermedad inicialmente, diagnóstico histopatológico, estadio clínico y selección terapéutica. Se encontró una supervivencia mayor para aquellas localizaciones en anillo de Waldeyer y formas digestivas. A los 5 años la supervivencia según el estadio clínico fue: etapa I: 42%; II: 25%; III: 27,5%; y IV: 16,5%. Se plantea que la variedad de linfosarcoma linfocítíco bien diferenciado muestra una supervivencia mayor que las variedades pobremente diferenciadas e indiferenciadas, así como que los pacientes que se sometieron a tratamiento de radiaciones tienen una sobrevida mayor que aquéllos en los que se emplearon combinaciones terapéuticas o citotóxicos exclusivamente. Se presentan los resultados en cuadros estadísticos o en curvas de supervivencia.
